Within my practice I usually turn toward the psyche and creatively depict its secret aim through my work. My latest work depicts the mutation from human to animal, human becoming animal, animal becoming human. My intention was to capture the painful transformation of human beings when driven by unknown and uncontrolled somehow devil forces as to symbolise this as the rough nature force that inhabits within the individual.

    My previous work was centred on the self as an object, subject and place and raises questions above  the role the individual has in our current society. My vision goes behind the search of the soul and explores the boundaries between evil. The Minotaur myth Greek legend  symbolised the rough nature force that inhabits within the individual man, my character "The Minotaur Woman", symbolises the same bestiality, as this is something innate within the human being.

The  sculpture and ceramic work is also part of my development as an artist, which I refer to in order to gain a clear understanding of 3Dimensional space and to learn new techniques.
